PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning report program and the like capable of issuing a warning to a portable terminal of another person with high volume.SOLUTION: According to predetermined operation, a processor 20 of a portable terminal 2A at a warning request side requests transmission of noise volume that is a sound component in input sound of a microphone to another portable terminal around the portable terminal 2A within a short-distance radio area via short-distance radio communication of broadcast. The processor collects the noise volume corresponding to the request of the transmission from the peripheral portable terminals, specifies the noise volume of highest volume of a specific frequency component in the collected noise volume and reports a warning to the portable terminal that has transmitted the specified noise volume. |
