A method for adaptive selection of data network, comprising the steps of: after powering on, a terminal searches an APN list database in the terminal for APNs enabling the terminal to successfully establish data network service by use of the identification information of each subscriber identity module; respectively using the searched APNs as parameters, the terminal initiates network usage requests to a network server; after finding at least two groups of APN enable the terminal to successfully establish data network service, the terminal selects a data network with the highest network speed from all the data networks to use data service. The method realizes the function of automatic handover to a backup data network and continuation of the current data service when something wrong occurs in the data network currently used by a user, and can provide better mobile online experience. |
