Embodiments of the present invention relate to an uplink data transmission method for a split bearer, a user equipment, and a base station. A user equipment executes a first LCP process corresponding to a first base station and/or executes a second LCP process corresponding to a second base station according to determined at least one of a first preset threshold and PBR configuration information, and also sends uplink data for a split bearer to a primary base station and/or a secondary base station, and accordingly how to execute transmission of uplink data by means of the split bearer can be flexibly determined. |
