PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip that allows a check to be made whether a reduced pressure state of a reaction space is maintained, and further allows a check to be made whether the microchip is used.SOLUTION: In a transparent chip body 1, a reaction space and check space 4 are formed that are mutually independent, and the reaction space and check space 4 have pressures reduced with respect to an atmospheric pressure. In the reaction space, a reagent is encapsulated for making the reagent react with a sample solution to be injected, and in the check space 4, a discolor agent 6 is encapsulated that discolors when mixed with the sample solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
