PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous fertilizing and transplanting machine preventing treading inside a fertilizing mark during a tending operation, or the like, of seedlings in a field after transplanting the seedlings and performing the tending operation, or the like, without causing runoff of an applied fertilizer. SOLUTION: This simultaneous fertilizing and transplanting machine is equipped with planting apparatuses for planting the seedlings for a plurality of rows in the field and fertilizing tools for applying the fertilizer in the nearly central part in a prescribed interrow space among the interrow spaces of the seedlings planted with the planting apparatuses. In the simultaneous fertilizing and transplanting machine, index-forming apparatuses for forming indexes indicating the interrow space where the fertilizer is not applied in the nearly central part with the fertilizing tools are installed.
