PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce calculation volume of error correction processing, and improve efficiency of quantum error correction. SOLUTION: A quantum error correction device is provided with a syndrome output circuit 111 which receives input of a code quantum bit group, and outputs a syndrome; an error position calculation circuit 112 which simultaneously performs error position calculation for multiple syndrome patterns expressed as a base of a quantum condition by making quantum basic logic elements (which are quantum gates executing the same operation of respective sets of basic logic elements which composes classic logical circuits which receives input of the syndrome that is observed by quantum error correction processing using observation of the syndrome, and becomes classic information for respective bases in the quantum condition, ) act to the output syndrome, and obtains error position information which shows a position of an error in code word information; and a correction circuit 113 which corrects error in code word information based on error position information.
