PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system capable of improving heat radiation effect of a voice coil and reproduction efficiency of a sound. SOLUTION: A plurality of vent holes are bored in a side wall of a voice coil bobbin at fixed intervals and a plurality of vent holes are bored in a cylinder part of a connecting member at fixed intervals. The vent holes of the connecting member and the vent holes of the voice coil bobbin are aligned with each other. Air in the internal space of the voice coil bobbin can efficiently be discharged to other spaces in the speaker system through the vent holes of the connecting members and the vent holes of the voice coil bobbin. The voice coil can, therefore, be improved in input resistance. A rise in the pressure in the internal space of the voice coil bobbin can be suppressed through this constitution, so a vibration system including the voice coil bobbin becomes easy to vibrate and reproduction efficiency of a sound can be improved.
