PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chambers for filling air or gas between an inner shield and an outer shield as long as it is possible to tightly seal the inside from environment.SOLUTION: Visor assembly 1 or 21 consists of an inner shield 6 or 26 and an outer shield 2 or 22. In the use position these shields are some distance apart. With this arrangement the inner shield 6 or 26 is located within the peripheral confines of the outer shield 2 or 22. The inner shield 6 or 26 is provided with a rim 7 or 27 which extends close to the periphery thereof and which acts as a spacer with respect to the outer shield. This rim 7 or 27 is preferably made of silicone material which is stuck to the inner shield 6 or 26 but is not stuck to the outer shield 2 or 22. Fixing to the outer shield 2 or 22 takes place by means 10 or 12 of mechanical fixing means. |
