PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner that overcomes drawbacks of toner by a conventionally used emulsion polymerization aggregation method and that decreases contamination on a developing member and achieves high picture quality and high durability with little fog or development stripes while obtaining a satisfactory fixing temperature range. SOLUTION: The toner is obtained through a process of aggregating at least polymer primary particles, colorant particles and two or more kinds of wax fine particles to produce particle aggregates, wherein the toner contains toner particles having a particle size of 4/5 or less of the number average particle size (D50) by Coulter counter method, by 5 to 15 number%, and the wax particles exhibit a melting point differenceΔby DSC ranging from 6 to 60°C.
