PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress properly an influence of dissolved oxygen in a sample, exerted on an analysis result. SOLUTION: In this liquid chromatograph equipped with a column for holding a filling material, and a sample preparation means for preparing the sample to be introduced into the column, the sample preparation means is constituted so that the sample for preparation is collected from an upper layer part of a layer including many corpuscles in the sample including the corpuscles. Preferably, the sample preparation means is constituted so that the sample for preparation is collected from the upper layer part of a corpuscle layer 13B when a blood sample 13 including erythrocyte is separated into the corpuscle layer 13B having rich erythrocyte and a plasma layer 13A having poor erythrocyte, and that the sample for introduction to be introduced into the column is prepared by using the sample for preparation.
