PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress properly an influence of dissolved oxygen in a sample, exerted on an analysis result. SOLUTION: In this liquid chromatograph X equipped with a column 60 for holding a filling material, and a sample preparation means 5 for preparing the sample to be introduced into the column 60, the sample preparation means 5 is constituted to heighten oxygen saturation in the sample. The sample preparation means 5 is constituted so that the oxygen saturation in the sample is 85% or more.
