PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner of a motor cycle which provides comfortable acceleration feeling to a rider.SOLUTION: An air cleaner 36 is mounted on a motor cycle and cleans up engine intake air A. The air cleaner 36 includes: a lower case 50 forming a cleaner body; a cover 51 which covers the upper side of the lower case 50; an element 55 which is disposed in the lower case 50 and is disposed below a mating surface 53 of the lower case 50 and the cover 51; and a partition wall 57 which is formed at the lower case 50, supports the element 55, and forms a part of a wall of a clean room 58.
