PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable parallel work of demolition and unloading to be performed by providing a demolishing crane and a ground unloading crane separately, and to allow the structure of a roof frame to be weight-saved and simplified by decreasing a load borne by the roof frame.SOLUTION: A building demolition system 1 is installed on a top layer F0 of a building 10 and is used to demolish the building 10 sequentially from the top layer F0. The building demolition system 1 comprises: a roof frame 6 supported by a plurality of support masts 2 provided along the periphery of the building 10; an overhead crane fixed on a lower side of the roof frame 6 and moving in the horizontal direction; and a telpher crane 5 supported by a skeleton of the building 10 and hoisting and lowering a suspended load in an opening continuously formed from the top layer F0 to a ground layer. |
