PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device capable of preventing a manufacturing cost, noise, and an area from being increased. SOLUTION: The radiation imaging device for receiving X-rays transmitting through a subject and outputting an imaging signal corresponding to the X-ray dosage is provided with a plurality of pixel parts each of which comprises: a photoelectric conversion part including a lower electrode 2 formed in the upper part of a substrate 1, a photoelectric conversion film 4 formed in the upper part of the lower electrode 2, and an upper electrode 6 formed in the upper part of the photoelectric conversion film 4; a phosphor film 8 formed in the upper part of the upper electrode 6; and a signal output part 10 arranged in the substrate 1 in response to the photoelectric conversion part and outputting a signal corresponding to an electric charge generated in the photoelectric conversion film 4. The signal output part 10 of each pixel part is superimposed on the photoelectric conversion part of the pixel part in a planar view.
