PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein wrong output is carried out, when a power source side switch is turned on as a part of operations to detect failure of the switch, in a state where the switch-on failure of a load side switch latently exists. SOLUTION: In a direct current output circuit in which a plurality of switches are connected in series and which has a function of detecting switch failure, by connecting voltage sensors to output sides of the respective switches, connecting a common system switch to a negative electrode side output of the direct current output circuit, the wrong-output will not made, even when one switch is at fault, and the failed switch is made to be surely detected.
