<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of providing a hydraulic device to generate large hydraulic driving force and to lift the whole vehicle by a hydraulic jack to fix a mounting frame horizontally in the case of mounting a missile to a launcher. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This missile launcher includes the mounting frame provided on a truck of the vehicle; an air spring installed between the truck and the mounting frame to hold the mounting frame by pneumatic pressure; an up-and-down mechanism with one end grounding on the ground surface; a fixing means mounted to the mounting frame to fix the up-and-down mechanism in the horizontal position of the mounting frame when one end of the up-and-down mechanism slidable in the height direction from the ground surface grounds on the ground surface; and a pneumatic pressure regulating means for reducing the pneumatic pressure of the air spring until the up-and-down mechanism grounds on the ground surface.
