Provided is a lithium ion secondary cell comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and an electrolyte including lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) as a lithium salt. The positive electrode has a collector and a positive electrode mix formed on the collector. The positive electrode mix comprises an aluminum oxide the surface of which is partially or completely covered by carbon.
