A perimeter wiring structure, display substrate, display panel and display device; between each two adjacent perimeter wirings on the display substrate, a first bending portion (114, 115) of a first perimeter wiring (1) has a first inclined surface (1112), a first top surface (1113) and a second inclined surface (1114); a second bending portion (223) of a second perimeter wiring (2) has a third inclined surface (2212), a second top surface (2213) and a fourth inclined surface (2214); a center line of the second bending portion (223) is located between the two adjacent first bending portions (114, 115); the third inclined surface (2212) of the second bending portion (223) is opposite to and parallel to the second inclined surface (1114) of one first bending portion (114, 115); a spacing between the third inclined surface (2212) and the second inclined surface (1114) is greater than a spacing between the second top surface (2213) and the first top surface (1113); the fourth inclined surface (2214) is opposite to and parallel to the first inclined surface (1112) of the other first bending portion (114, 115); and a spacing between the fourth inclined surface (2214) and the first inclined surface (1112) is greater than a spacing between the second top surface (2213) and the first top surface (1113). A spacing between the adjacent perimeter wirings on the display substrate is less than a minimum spacing value of an array process, thus facilitating the realization of a narrow frame design of a display device.
