An initial-state packet controlling method and system, compressor and decompressor, the method comprising: a compressor transmits an initial-state packet to a decompressor; the compressor receives initial-state packet feedback information transmitted by the decompressor via a feedback link pre-established with the compressor; and the compressor controls, according to the initial-state packet feedback information, the transmission of the initial-state packet to the decompressor.
