<p>A modular compost control unit is provided. The unit includes a housing, a power system, a plurality of blower assemblies, a plurality of oxygen signal receivers, a plurality of temperature signal receivers, and a controller connected to a plurality of control units. Each control unit is configured to receive input signals from one of the plurality of oxygen signal receivers and one of the plurality of temperature signal receivers, and to send output signals to one of the plurality of blower assemblies. The input signals include temperature information signals and oxygen information signals from compost heaps. The output signals include airflow information. The airflow information is at least partly determined from the temperature information signals and oxygen information signals. Related systems and methods are also provided.</p> |
