A display device comprises: a display panel including a base substrate which has a light source unit region and a display unit region and has an upper surface facing a first direction, a panel light source unit which is installed on the upper surface in correspondence with the light source unit region and emits light toward a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a display unit which is installed on the upper surface in correspondence with the display unit region; and a light guide plate arranged adjacently to the display panel in the second direction, configured to receive light, and configured to guide the received light to be provided to the display unit region. The display unit displays an image by using light received from the light guide plate. |
