PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat exchange element capable of making best use of absorbing/releasing properties, dispensing with size change, and facilitating attachment/detachment in an apparatus because of provision of a casing.SOLUTION: Provided is a latent heat exchange element configured so that a flat sheet 2 and a corrugated sheet 3 each formed out of a sheet material exhibiting absorbing/releasing properties are fitted into a frame-shaped casing 1 to constitute a layered structure, a surface of the corrugated sheet 3 on which a corrugated shape is visible is arranged on an opening surface of the casing 1, at least portions 5 out of contact portions between the sheets 2 and 3 in the layered structure are not adhesively bonded to each other, and at least portions 4 out of the contact portions in the layered structure are adhesively bonded to each other. |
