An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device. The organic light-emitting device comprises: an anode layer, a hole transport layer (HTL), a first light-emitting layer (EML I), a second light-emitting layer (EML II), an electron transport layer (ETL) and a cathode layer, which are stacked in sequence, wherein the first light-emitting layer (EML I) and the second light-emitting layer (EML II) comprise identical substrates, and the first light-emitting layer (EML I) and/or the second light-emitting layer (EML II) are/is doped, such that the hole mobility of the first light-emitting layer (EML I) is equal to the electron mobility of the second light-emitting layer (EML II). Balanced injection of holes and electrons is achieved using two light-emitting layers comprising identical substrates, thereby improving the light-emitting efficiency of an organic light-emitting device and prolonging the life of the organic light-emitting device. |
