As handwriting-erasing members that were used in conventional mechanical pencils and thermochromic ballpoint pens, rubber erasers and friction bodies that erased using frictional heat were installed in a bare state on the back end of a shaft. As a result, there was the problem that when erasing after cap loss or adhesion of rubber scraps, etc., the paper would be soiled. As a solution: a mechanism for connecting a clip 2 to a movable knock holder 9 inside a shaft 1, enabling front-back movement operation of same, and separating a front section 10 from and bringing same toward the direction of a writing lead 12 is configured; and the writing implement is configured so that an erasing member 15 is mounted on a back section 14 and retracted or extended by being projected from a back end hole 19 of the shaft 1, and said erasing member 15 can be accommodated inside the shaft 1. |
