The present invention is characterized by including the following: a hollow resin liner (2) which accommodates a gas or liquid and which is provided with a protruding cylindrical neck part (2b); a mouth-ring member (3) which is provided to the radial outer side of the neck part (2b); a reinforcement layer (4) which covers the outer side of the resin liner (2) and the mouth-ring member (3); a first member (5a) which is attached to the mouth-ring member (3) via a tightening part (T); a second member (5b) which is made of metal, is inserted between the neck part (2b) and the mouth-ring member (3), and abuts the first member (5a); a first seal member (6) which is interposed between the outer circumferential surface of the neck part (2b) and the inner circumferential surface of the second member (5b); a second seal member (7) which is interposed between the first member (5a) and the second member (5b); and a weak section (J) which is between, in the axial direction of the second member (5b), the tightening part (T) and the first seal member (6), and which is provided by reducing the cross-sectional area of a site on which high-pressure acts. |
