PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a host cell that can control a sugar chain structure of an antibody molecule and produces an antibody composition, a cell that can produce an antibody composition with high ADCC activity, a production method of the antibody composition using the cell, and the antibody composition produced by the production method.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an animal cell containing an enzyme that affects the synthetic pathway of GDP-fucose, the animal cell having a reduced or deleted sugar chain modification in which the position 1 of fucose binds to the position 6 of the N-acetyl glucosamine of an N-glycosidic linkage sugar chain reducing terminal by an α-binding.
