PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor stator structure capable of thinning an insulator and being manufactured with low manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A core unit 45 of a motor 1 is used for the motor 1 using an air-core coil 35. The core unit 45 includes: a cylindrical back yoke part 41; and an insulator 43 arranged in the inner periphery of the back yoke part 41. The coil 35 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the insulator 43. The back yoke part 41 and the insulator 43 are integrally formed. The inner peripheral surface of the insulator 43 has a surface formed by performing processing for removing a part of the insulator 43 after the back yoke part 41 and the insulator 43 are integrally formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
