PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of increasing a frame rate without increasing a noise.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an imaging element having a first photoelectric conversion layer in which pixels each performing photoelectric conversion of light of a predetermined color component and passing through light of the other color components are arranged two-dimensionally, and a second photoelectric conversion layer arranged so as to be laminated on the same optical path as the first photoelectric conversion layer, and in which pixels each performing photoelectric conversion of light that has passed through the first photoelectric conversion layer are arranged two-dimensionally; a first drive part repeatedly reading an electric charge stored in the pixels of the first photoelectric conversion layer at a predetermined cycle; and a second drive part repeatedly reading an electric charge stored in the pixels of the second photoelectric conversion layer at a predetermined cycle and at a timing different from the first drive part. |
