PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble sheet capable of acquiring high cushioning performance over whole region, and a vacuum plug for forming a vacuum molding roll capable of achieving production of the bubble sheet.SOLUTION: A bubble sheet according to the invention comprises at least, a cap film, and a back film. The cap film comprises a vacuum trace formed so as to partially overlap a center on an apex of a protrusion. A vacuum plug according to the invention is a disk-shaped vacuum plug disposed on a bottom part of a cavity of a vacuum molding roll for production of the bubble sheet, and comprises: a plug body for forming a bottom wall of the cavity; and one or more vacuum holes pierced on the plug body.
