PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a non-lip mat having a strong non-slip effect and having resistance against repetitive cleaning.SOLUTION: The method includes the following (A)-(C) steps of: (A) preparing a mat formed by fixing a mat reverse face that is formed by tufting pile fibers 12 on a first base fabric 11, by a first hot-melt material 13a, and adhesive members 2 each formed by providing an adsorbent 22 to a second base fabric 21; (B) applying second hot-melt materials 13b to prescribed portions of the first hot-melt material 13a with a coating gun; and (C) crimplingly fixing the second base fabrics 21 to the second hot-melt material 13b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
