<p>Reactor comprises a trench having a base with a slope. A suction point of a pumping group or the base of a pumping shaft is located at the lowest point. A coarse gravel charge, having a horizontal surface and a depth of 1-40 cm, a fleece, with a fine gravel charge having a depth of 30-300 cm, and a coarse gravel charge, having a depth of 10-150 cm, are arranged on the base of the trench.
