PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning device capable of aligning sliced pieces of food in a fixed direction in the condition wherein they are laid in the same posture in the horizontal direction as a process following to a cutting process to enable an automatic processing line for sliced food, and capable of efficiently conveying sliced pieces at high speed to supply them. SOLUTION: The sliced food aligning device is provided with a delivery device 1, which is provided with a pair of receiver plates 2 for receiving a sliced piece of cut food, holding it in the horizontal direction, turning it with a constant time interval to make it fall downward, and provided with a carrying-out device 11, in which roller conveyors 13 and 14 having a different carrying-out speed in right and left are arranged under the receiver plates and which is provided with a guide plate 25 for making the sliced piece s abut on the conveyor 13 having lower carrying-out speed and while which aligns posture of the sliced pieces s in the fixed direction.
