PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation apparatus of an elevator foundation bed, moving an elevator foundation bed temporarily placed in the vicinity of an installation position to the installation position with a few persons. SOLUTION: This installation apparatus of an elevator foundation bed includes: a lever 32; a claw 33 fitted to the tip of the lever 32; an orthogonal shaft 37 supporting the lever 32; and a pair of wheels 38 fitted to both ends of the orthogonal shaft 37. The claw 33 of the installation apparatus 31 is inserted below the foundation bed temporarily installed in the vicinity of the installation position, and further the lever 32 is rocked taking the orthogonal shaft 37 as a fulcrum to thereby scoop up the foundation bed 11.
