PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction changing device capable of sending wind in an area of a wide range. SOLUTION: This wind direction changing device comprising a horizontal louver 24 vertically reciprocated around a horizontal shaft 22 disposed at a supply opening, a horizontal louver driving means 25 vertically reciprocating and driving the horizontal louver 24, a longitudinal louver 27 disposed at the supply opening 6 and reciprocated and oscillated in right and left around a vertical shaft 26 orthogonal to the horizontal shaft, a longitudinal louver driving means 28 reciprocating and driving the longitudinal louver in right and left, and a control portion 31 controlling the horizontal louver driving means and the longitudinal louver driving means. The control portion 31 controls an operation with a swing period of the horizontal louver 24 and a swing period of the longitudinal louver 27 different from each other, and areas to which the wind is sent are different between the first swing and the second and following swings.
