PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle terminal for temperature management, and a temperature inspection device checking method capable of referring to contents of abnormality and confirming the abnormality caused by the end of service life of a battery, when a temperature history of a cool memory can be read, and the abnormality is found in a temperature threshold value. SOLUTION: An input determining portions 2A, 2B have a signal input portion 79 processing temperature management data 140 read by a reader 90 connected with modular ports 51A, 51B, a memory 77 temporarily storing the data, a lamp driving portion 78 for lighting a group of lamps on the basis of conditions of the temperature management data 140 and an operating state, and a control portion 80 controlling the memory 77, the lamp driving portion 78 and the signal input portion 79. A management transmitting portion 2C has a buffer memory 66, a signal input/output portion 68 for inputting and outputting the information to the external, a lamp driving portion 67 driving the group of lamps, and a main control portion 65 for controlling each portion.
