PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder protective cover having sufficient shape retainability even in a situation of being pressurized by external force, or the like. SOLUTION: The cylinder protective cover 20 has a bellows body 21 wherein ridge crease parts 23 and trough crease parts 24 are alternately positioned and the whole is cylindrically shaped, and both ends of the bellows body 21 is fixed to a connecting part of a movable bracket 11 of a piston rod 14 and a cylinder tube 13. A reinforcement member 26 comprised of a circular thin plate member is attached to an inner side of the ridge crease part 23 of the bellows body 21, an inner diameter R2 of the reinforcement member and an inner diameter Dc2 of the trough crease part of the bellows body 21 at minimum contraction are larger than an outer diameter D1 of a cylinder tube 13, an outer diameter R1 of the reinforcement member 26 is the same or smaller than an inner diameter of the ridge crease part of the bellows body 21 at maximum extension, and it is larger than an inner diameter De1 of the trough crease part 24 at maximum extension of the bellows body 21.
