PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab removing method and a floor slab removing device capable of positively separating a concrete floor slab with more stable work, performing separation work more rapidly and reducing a separation cost. SOLUTION: This floor slab removing method is characterized in that a floor slab separating device comprising a frame body formed by framing vertical frames and lateral frames in square shape, as a device body is put over the floor slab to be separated, that connection parts for connecting the floor slab to be separated, to a pair of vertical frames or lateral frames put on with a space from a floor slab surface part are formed at the pair of vertical frames or lateral frames which connect the pair of lateral frames or vertical frames, to connect them and that after connection, a driving part is operated to lift the connection parts to separate the floor slab.
