PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame block which provides high strength after assembly by heightening assembly accuracy and which is superior in assembly workability in water reservoir facilities constituted by assembling the frame blocks and provide a frame block structure using the frame blocks and water reservoir facilities made of the frame block structures. SOLUTION: The frame block to form the space-holding frame block structure constituting water reservoir facilities of rain water comprises a flat-plate-like base; a support having fitting parts on the support upper-end side at tips raised from one flat surface of the base; and fitting parts on the base side raised from at least one flat surface of the base or from the flat surface to be fitted with the fitting part on the support upper-end side. Either the fitting parts on the support upper-end side or the fitting parts on the base side have fitting protrusions, and the other have fitting holes to be fitted over the fitting protrusions.
