PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device capable of efficiently releasing jamming of needles when the needles are jammed, and an image forming device with this sheet post-processing device. SOLUTION: In this sheet post-processing device, rotary means comprising a unit rotary knob 98 and a rotary part 100 is installed to a saddle stitching staple unit 81 with a stapler 112 for saddle stitching a bundle of sheets with a needle, and is mounted to a shaft member 102 via the rotary part 100, so as to rotatably hold the saddle stitching staple unit 81 inside the device.
