There is disclosed a body-waste absorbing sheet including: a rectangular absorbent mat including a liquid-permeable surface sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet and an absorbent core sandwiched between the surface sheet and the back sheet; and a flap. The flap extends from at least one side of the absorbent mat, while having an extension length of no less than 0.3 times the length of the side of the absorbent mat parallel to the extending direction of the flap.
