<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep high sheet peelability and high image sustainability on a sheet after transfer while keeping high transfer performance. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet guiding device comprises a guide member 3 before transfer which is disposed on an inlet side of a transfer part by a transfer device 2 and is formed of a conductive member for guiding and conveying the sheet 6 toward the transfer part, a guide member 4 after transfer which is disposed on an outlet side of the transfer part and is formed of a conductive member for guiding and conveying the sheet 6 having passed the transfer part, and a discharging member 5 which is disposed between the transfer part and the guide member 4 after transfer and applies discharge to the sheet 6 having passed the transfer part. In the sheet guiding device, the guide member 3 before transfer and the guide member 4 after transfer are grounded at high resistances Rf and Rr, and the ground resistance Rf of the guide member 3 before transfer is set larger than the ground resistance Rr of the guide member 4 after transfer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
