摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making recycled material reusable by approaching a magnesium (Mg) alloy up to a reusable level of an iron (Fe) content of the recycled material in recycling recovered materials, such as unnecessary parts or defective products, produced during molding of the Mg alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The Mg alloy material to be recycled is melted (molten metal preparing steps (S2, S5) and at least the content of the Fe component measured by sampling a part of the molten metal is measured (an inspection step S11). As a result of the inspection step, an iron component reducing material composed of a manganese or manganese-aluminum alloy compound is added to the molten metal to reduce the Fe component when the content of the Fe component exceeds the prescribed value (component adjusting steps S16 and S17)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
