PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological feature vector extraction device, a biological feature vector extraction method, and a biological feature vector extraction program that can improve reproducibility of a biological feature vector which can be extracted from biological information without reference to a position shift and distortion of the biological information.SOLUTION: A biological feature vector extraction device includes: an acquisition unit which acquires a biological image; a small region image generation unit which generates a plurality of small region images from the biological image; a feature extraction unit which extracts biological local feature quantities from the small region images; and a biological feature vector generation unit which generates a biological feature vector showing a feature for identifying the biological image by combining the biological local feature quantities according to a predetermined rule. The small region image generation unit generates the plurality of small region images such that variance in biological information among the plurality of small region images is within a predetermined value. |
