PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastisol composition which has a low viscosity, is easy to handle and has excellent adhesiveness to a coated metal surface and to provide a chipping resistant coating composition comprising the composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a plastisol composition which comprises: a block polyisocyanate compound (e) of a reaction product of an active hydrogen compound (a) which is a compound having at least two or more hydroxyl groups and having a carboxyl group-containing vinyl monomer (α) as an essential unit, and a residue obtained by removing a hydrogen atom from a mercapto group of a mercapto compound (γ) having a hydroxyl group, a polymer polyol (b), an organic polyisocyanate (c) and a blocking agent (d); an adhesiveness imparting agent (J) containing a compound (f) having two or more active hydrogen atoms in the molecule; a thermoplastic resin (K); and a plasticizer (L).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
