[Problem] To make the environment sound of an external environment heard by a listener in a more suitable mode even when a head-mount type acoustic device is worn. [Solution] A signal processing device provided with: a first acquisition unit for acquiring the result of sound collection of a first acoustic propagating through an external space; a second acquisition unit for acquiring the result of sound collection of a second acoustic propagating through an internal space; a first filter processing unit for generating, on the basis of the result of sound collection of the first acoustic, a difference signal approximately equal to a difference between the first acoustic propagating directly from the external space toward the inside of an external auditory canal and the first acoustic propagating from the external space to the internal space via a wearing part; a subtraction unit for generating, from the result of sound collection of the second acoustic, a subtraction signal in which a first signal component based on the result of sound collection of the first acoustic and a second signal component based on an inputted acoustic signal are subtracted; a second filter processing unit for generating a noise reduction signal on the basis of the subtraction signal; an addition unit for adding the difference signal and the noise reduction signal to the inputted acoustic signal and thereby generating a drive signal.
