Provided are a method, device and system for determining uplink scheduling traffic. The method comprises: a base station receiving a buffer status report (BSR) of a terminal, wherein the BSR is reported according to a logical channel group of the terminal, and the BSR indicates the data amount of the logical channel group; the base station conducting service scheduling according to the BSR, and sending a scheduling result to the terminal; the base station counting data received on a data bearer (DRB) of the terminal and the base station between a starting time and an ending time, wherein the starting time is a time when the base station receives a scheduling starting notification in the case where the data of the logical channel group is not fully scheduled, and the ending time is a time when the base station receives a scheduling ending notification in the case where the data of the logical channel group is fully scheduled; and the base station filtering the data according to a pre-set rule to obtain the counted data amount, thereby solving the problem that the scheduling traffic of uplink differentiated services cannot be accurately counted, and accurately counting uplink scheduling service traffic. |
