PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a refrigeration cycle device capable of defrosting in a short time while continuing a heating operation with an enhanced ability to absorb heat from a regenerative heat exchanger.SOLUTION: Between an outdoor heat exchanger 14 and a four-way valve 8, a three-way valve (switching device) 42 is provided which is capable of switching between a fifth pipeline 25 for feeding refrigerant directly from the outdoor heat exchanger 14 through the four-way valve 8 to a suction pipe of a compressor 6, and a seventh pipeline 38 for feeding refrigerant from the outdoor heat exchanger 14 through a regenerative heat exchanger (auxiliary heat exchanger) 34 for heating refrigerant to the suction pipe of the compressor 6. Between the three-way valve (switching device) 42 and the regenerative heat exchanger (auxiliary heat exchanger) 34, a sensor 46 for abnormality detection is provided. |
