PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measuring system which does not need temperature compensation for cancelling the influence of an atmospheric temperature, and a pressure measuring method.SOLUTION: A pressure measuring system comprises a heat conduction type sensor 1 in which a resistance value changes in response to a temperature, and a control circuit 10A which controls the heat conduction type sensor 1. The control circuit 10A includes a variable voltage source 11, and pressure calculating units 14A and 16A. The variable voltage source is connected to the heat conduction type sensor 1, and outputs a first voltage and a second voltage set higher than the first voltage. The pressure calculating units calculate the pressure of the environment in which the heat conduction type sensor 1 is arranged, on the basis of a temperature change at a preset measuring time of the heat conduction type sensor 1 when the output voltage Vs of the variable voltage source 11 changes from a first voltage to a second voltage and/or a temperature change at the measuring time when the output voltage Vs changes from the second voltage to the first voltage.
