PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a power transmission efficiency at a toroidal type stepless speed change device.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a plurality of bobbin-shaped power rollers 30 having a first transmission surface 30a held between an input disc 10 and an output disc 20 and contacted with a first toroidal curved surface 10a of the input disc 10 at an outside part in a radial direction, a second transmission surface 30b contacted with a second toroidal curved surface 20a of an output disc 20 and a spherical supporting part 30c between the first transmission surface 30a and the second transmission surface 30b; a trunnion 32 rotatably pivoting the power roller 30; a stator 38 for supporting the trunnion 32 in a tiltable manner; and a center roller 40 that can be abutted against the supporting part 30c of the power roller 30. A radial element of thrust directed toward inside in a radial direction acted to the power roller 30 is received by the center roller 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
