PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote customer invitation by enabling a user to acquire the realistic sensation of a sightseeing area.SOLUTION: A sightseeing customer invitation system includes a whole perimeter moving image registration part for associating position information indicating a position and advance direction information indicating an advance direction with whole perimeter moving image information imaged while moving from the position to the advance direction for registration, a position information acquisition part for acquiring the position information and the advance direction information of a user, a whole perimeter moving image distribution part for retrieving whole perimeter moving image information corresponding to the acquired position information and advance direction information from the whole perimeter moving image registration part to distribute the whole perimeter moving image information, and a whole perimeter moving image reproduction part for receiving the distributed whole perimeter moving image information to reproduce the whole perimeter moving image information, and displaying a moving image video of a range selected from the reproduced whole perimeter moving image in accordance with the acquisition of visual line change by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
